1. Introduction
By using the GTAC Foundation credit repair services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions for the 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee. These terms outline the criteria for qualifying for the $1,000 monetary incentive if measurable improvement is not achieved in your credit score or financial position after six months of active service with GTAC Foundation.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
You must be a current member of GTAC Finance and actively enrolled in GTAC Finance’s educational programs.
You must be actively utilizing the free credit repair services provided by GTAC Foundation.
You must provide us with accurate and complete information regarding your credit history and any other relevant financial data to help us create a personalized action plan.
You must comply with the action plan and follow the steps outlined by our credit repair specialists.
3. Process of the 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee
Enrollment and Service Start:
You must sign up as a GTAC Finance member and initiate the credit repair process with GTAC Foundation by completing the credit repair assessment and receiving your personalized credit repair action plan.
You will have access to regular updates, reports, and expert guidance throughout the 6-month period.
Continuous Engagement:
You are required to engage with the GTAC Foundation credit repair services throughout the entire 6-month period.
This includes implementing the action plan, maintaining communication with the GTAC Foundation team, and following any recommendations made by our credit repair specialists.
Monitoring and Support:
During the 6 months, we will regularly monitor your credit progress and make adjustments to your action plan as necessary to optimize your results.
You will receive monthly progress updates and have access to ongoing support from GTAC Foundation.
4. Criteria for "Significant Improvement"
For the purposes of the 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee, significant improvement is defined as any measurable and positive change in your credit score or overall credit health. This could include:
A substantial increase in your credit score (typically 50+ points depending on your starting score).
Removal of negative marks (such as collections, late payments, or inaccuracies) from your credit report.
Reduction in credit utilization or improvement in other credit-related metrics (e.g., debt-to-income ratio).
Any other objective improvements that demonstrate your progress toward better credit health.
Note: GTAC Foundation will assess whether you’ve met the criteria for significant improvement based on your credit report and other financial information.
5. Not Responsible for New Negative Items
GTAC Foundation is not responsible for any new negative items that may appear on your credit report during or after the 6-month satisfaction guarantee period. This includes items such as:
New late payments.
New collections accounts.
New judgments.
New credit inquiries.
We cannot control any new negative information that may be reported by your creditors or the credit bureaus. Our services are focused on addressing existing negative items and helping improve your credit standing over time. We are not liable for any unforeseen changes or additions to your credit report that could impact your credit score during the credit repair process.
6. How to Claim the $1,000 Incentive
If, after 6 months of actively using the credit repair services provided by GTAC Foundation, you do not see measurable improvement in your credit score or financial position, you may be eligible for the $1,000 monetary incentive.
To claim the $1,000 incentive, the following steps must be completed:
Contact GTAC Foundation: You must contact GTAC Foundation at [] and notify us that you have not seen significant improvement in your credit after 6 months of active engagement with our services.
Provide Documentation: You will need to provide a current credit report showing your credit score and other relevant financial information at the 6-month mark.
Verification Process: Our team will review your credit progress to determine if the significant improvement criteria have been met. This process typically takes up to 10 business days.
Issuance of Payment: If your claim is approved, GTAC Foundation will issue the $1,000 incentive to the original payment method you used to register for GTAC Finance or through another mutually agreed-upon payment method.
Payment is typically processed within 15 business days after your claim has been verified.
7. Exclusions and Limitations
The 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee and $1,000 incentive are subject to the following exclusions and limitations:
Ineligible Actions: If you fail to engage with the credit repair services as outlined in your personalized action plan or provide incomplete or inaccurate information, you may be disqualified from the Satisfaction Guarantee.
No Guarantee of Specific Results: While we strive to help you achieve measurable improvement, we cannot guarantee specific results, as credit repair outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, credit history, and other factors beyond our control.
One-Time Claim: The $1,000 incentive can only be claimed once per person during the 6-month guarantee period.
Ongoing Improvement: If your credit continues to improve after the 6-month period, that progress is outside of the Satisfaction Guarantee, and no additional rewards or incentives will be provided.
8. Termination of Services
If you stop being a member of GTAC Finance during the 6-month period, you will no longer be eligible for GTAC Foundation’s free services. Additionally, GTAC Foundation’s services will stop within 45 days of your cancellation or termination of GTAC Finance membership.
If you cancel your GTAC Finance membership, GTAC Foundation will cease offering services such as credit repair, financial counseling, and support.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GTAC Foundation be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or from your participation in the 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee. Our liability is limited to the $1,000 incentive if you meet the eligibility criteria and are deemed eligible after review.
10. Modifications to the Guarantee
GTAC Foundation reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in a timely manner and will be posted on the GTAC Foundation website.
